We admire the courage and tenacity of Marathon Monks and Olympian athletes. We respect the risk taking and cool nerves of fighter pilots and neurosurgeons. We prize the ingenuity of innovators and technologists. We value the fortitude and vision of great political leaders and history makers. And we recognize that accomplishments like these take commitment, training, and effort that go beyond the norm. Yet we rarely consider making that same kind of effort to evolve at the deepest levels of our being. But what if we did?

Join Amy Edelstein and Miles Kessler for a daylong training on Spiritual Warriorship. Combining the discipline and concentration of Aikido exercises with rigorous philosophical discussion and spiritual inquiry, Amy and Miles will take participants through a discovery process that will reframe your sense of the spiritual depth and focus you believe is possible to achieve. They will both share insights, tips, tools, and humor from their decades of spiritual training and guarantee to inspire you with their own experience of the fulfillment and purpose that comes from walking a warrior?s path.

Cost: (including light refreshments) 100NIS, 70NIS for students and pensioners (20NIS addition for light lunch)

Amy Edelstein is Executive Assistant to Andrew Cohen and has been a dedicated practitioner of Evolutionary Enlightenment since 1986. As one of the senior editors for EnlightenNext magazine for five years, Edelstein authored numerous pieces on the great wisdom traditions and their relevance in today?s world, interviewing contemporary spiritual leaders including the Dalai Lama, Ammachi, Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, and Brother Wayne Teasedale. Edelstein most recently served as part of the senior management team as Communications Director and is currently working with Cohen on his forthcoming book on Evolutionary Enlightenment.

Miles Kessler Sensei is an American teacher of Aikido (5th dan), Dharma and Integral Practice and is a dual lineage holder in the Iwama tradition of Aikido, and the Burmese Mahasi tradition of Vipassana meditation. He lives in Tel Aviv, Israel where he is the guiding teacher of the Integral Dojo, as well as the founding director of the N.G.O. Aikido Without Borders. Miles has been teaching Aikido, Dharma and Integral Practice for over 15 years throughout Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the U.S.
